hi there,
i noticed u didnt have much about using colloidal silver in cats
on ur website. thought u might be interested to know that its
been extremely effective with our cats. We have four cats, two
of which have been blood tested and shown to have herpesvirus
(FHV-1), calicivirus and chlamydia psittaci, all of which are
causes of 'cat flu'. These two then shed the virus and my other
two cats get ill aswell - snuffly noses, rattly breathing, runny
sore eyes, sneezing and coughing. We've tried all sorts - homeopathic
and conventional (antibiotics etc) - but i have to say that the
colloidal silver really does the job the best. We havent eliminated
the viruses completely as we do get recurrences but when theyre
poorly I squirt about 2 - 5ml (depending on size of cat) in each
of their mouths twice daily, and they tend to recover within a
few days. Now and again I add colloidal silver to my cats drinking
bowl if anyone is mildly snuffly, which again does seem to help.
And with sore weepy eyes, the colloidal does have some effect
too.
We're about to try the colloidal on some horses that have been
blood tested and shown up positive for viruses so I'll let you
know how that goes if youre interested?! Any ideas on doses for
horses?!
Catherine.
