	Step 4	Payment is made securely with PayPal or NOCHEX, NOT on this website for your security. We do not receive or hold ANY financial information.
	NOTE:	If you have "Issues" with PayPal, use NOCHEX instead. They are a UK equivalent and VERY secure & THEY WON'T INSIST YOU SIGN UP WITH THEM !
	Order Processing	We aim to process and send your order within 24-48 hours although many orders are sent the same day. We keep very little stock, as we want our product to be as fresh as possible when it arrives. Between October and March, product demand more than doubles and Monday's are always extremely busy as we have to process all the weekend orders. Our couriers pickup daily Monday - Friday at 16:30 and we draw straws to choose who has to queue up at the local Post Office for all Royal Mail items. Bless.
	Fraud & Security	We reserve the right to refuse any order if we consider that an illegal act has been committed. I have worked in IT most of my life & fully understand the problems associated with the Internet and the associated security costs. We have taken a different approach which we feel is much more secure and significantly cheaper which, in the end, is all added to the price you pay. Both PayPal and NOCHEX are secure internet banks and spend an considerable amount of money securing their systems, similar to any major high street bank. Our website does not handle ANY information what so ever. All it consists of are basic pages and a few pre-programmed buttons. Once you have chosen the item(s) you require, you are then passed to the bank and they handle ALL the sensitive information. We don't even know you have been to our website yet alone what you have ordered until the bank tells us! They perform all the security checks and handle the monies and deduct a fee for the transaction, then send us an email with the order details. No financial information is supplied and we do not know how you have paid. We have used this method for over five years now and it works extremely well, although it does make our ordering process slightly different. But there again, we are different and proud to be so !
	Delivery	Important Note:- Delivery time scales are from the time of dispatch NOT the time the order was placed. Delivery is included in the price.
		Most UK mainland order over the value of £20 will be sent by UK Mail. UK Mail is TRACKABLE & usually a next working day service. It covers England, Wales and part of Scotland (Lowlands). Please see UK Mail page for postcodes covered. To help with delivery, please ensure we have:- Contact telephone number(s) - helps if driver can't find you. Special instructions where to leave the package if you are not in. (Leave with neighbour at No 28 or leave in porch etc.) Any order over £50 MUST be signed for but can be left if you instruct us to do so but we are not liable for loss. This information will help the driver & prevent you having to collect from their depot. You need to email these details to us and we will gladly add this to your details for ALL subsequent orders. We can ship to alternative addresses such as a work address if required, using the same email link above.
		Orders of £19.95 or less will be sent by Royal Mail. We use them for smaller items and economy services. They are also used as a substitute for orders that are out of the UK Mail areas such as: Islands - Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Lundy etc. Scottish Highlands. Northern Ireland. Royal Mail Economy Service' is a term we use to describe any 3 day service applicable to the item being sent. Dependant on weight, it may be 1st, 2nd or standard parcel service. Royal Mail is NOT trackable. EU Orders are sent using the Small Packet Air freight service. See below.
	Starter Kits	Full descriptions with pictures are on the order page. Starter kits are primarily designed for new clients as they contain additional information and dispensor cup(s) not included with standard items. This is purely to prevent wastage as we prefer to keep trees in the ground where they belong. They contain various 500, 200, 50 & 15 ml bottle sizes, available in different combinations. The 50 ml bottle has a Pump Spray and the 15 ml has a glass dropper attachment. As most new clients purchase a starter kit, it is wasteful to include the same items with refills on a continual basis, even though the items are fairly low cost. We hope you agree although these items are available to purchase separately when you need them.
	Other Items	We sell other individual bottle sizes and replacement items. To enable us to provide minimal packaging & prevent wastage, information and dispenser cups are not provided. This is all part of our Ecology policy not a cost saving exercise. We do include a brief safety sheet with dosage information.
	500 ml Range	Our best selling size. Available to everyone but primarily for existing clients to obtain further Colloidal Silver at the best possible price. Note: Only basic information is included. This allows the packaging to be lighter and allows us to offer a second "Economy" 3 - 5 day Royal Mail service on this item. Most clients want their 500 ml bottle very quickly (Next working day) or 'As and when'. Unfortunately Royal Mail 1st Class was neither service. We have therefore introduced two options for this item:- The two options are: Next working day option using UK Mail which is £1.50 cheaper than paying for Royal Mail Special Delivery. Economy 3 day service using the Royal Mail at the same price it has been for the past 5 years - £19.95.
	EU Orders	We do accept Euros but there is a bank charge of £5.50 (included) to process your cheque. If you have a Sterling bank account, it will be cheaper for you or use the PayPal option which is also cheaper & they convert from your local currency at the checkout. We use the "Small Packet" air mail service, so please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
