Changes to Regular Customer Discount.

"Don't Panic ! - prices haven't gone up"

As part of our Ecological Commitment, we have made several changes to reduce energy and waste in all areas of design, production, shipping and transportation. We will publish our own Eco-policy soon and our blue print for a totally eco-friendly production methodology have already been defined.

As a result, we have discontinued the Repeat Customer Discount and now, everyone is entitled to the lower "Discount" price with no time limit. Although this was an extremely popular policy, it could be wasteful and an administrative nightmare.

The repeat order discount was based on the high cost of advertising at £5 per bottle. We assumed New Customers were coming through to our site from Google & Yahoo with repeat customers returning via bookmarks. We felt Repeat Customers should not have to pay for the advertising costs, so a discount was applied. As our business has expanded, this cost has decreased significantly & we can no longer justify New Customers paying for this margin.

Although all New Customers were given a free empty sprayer, many were not required & the higher price was not justified to experienced customers, who simply wanted to purchase a single 500 ml bottle. This was deemed unfair & new customers can now choose exactly what they want.

We also found many repeat customers didn't require the same "Information Sheet" and dispenser cups sent with each order. We have avoided any price increases over the past four years by making sure we operate in the most effective and ecologically sound manner. Sending unwanted items increases postage and wastes energy through unecessary transportation.

Change to our Policy are listed below.
  • Our original & popular 500 ml New Customer pack, with free sprayer, has been enhanced and is now the "Basic Starter Kit" It includes a FILLED sprayer, dispenser cup and additional information, at the same price.
  • 500 ml range. All prices have been reduced to the discount rate & available to ALL customers. Administering New & Repeat customers is very time consuming. We can use this time more effectively elsewhere.
  • Only Starter kits will contain Information packs and dispenser cups but cups will be available in a pack of 10 which can be ordered seperately. A simple information update will be sent with other orders.
  • Postage is now our major cost. All Starter Kits, small and single 500 ml bottles will always be sent 1st class. Other items will now be sent the most cost effective way but an upgrade is available for next day delivery at a small extra cost.
