Starter Kits

We recommend New Clients purchase a Starter Kit as they contain additional information and dispensor cups not usually supplied with individual items.

Delivery

 

Although many orders are sent the same day, please allow 24 - 48 hours for dispatch, especially from November through to April.

We publish a "Order Delays" page if we know if there will be any delays in advance. i.e. Holidays, days off etc.
All items marked as delivered by Royal Mail are sent 1st Class EXCEPT the 500ml bottles which are sent 2nd class economy to keep the price as low as possible.

1st class is 1 - 2 business days.

2nd class is 3 - 5 business days.

Although UK Mail is generally a next day service, it is measured from order despatch NOT order placement.

UK Mail do not cover some remote areas and most islands. Click here to see the areas covered. Royal Mail 1st Class & Parcel Service will be substituted for these areas.
